Energy Sessions are tailored to your needs. Before beginning the session you have the option to schedule a consultation to discuss what is going on in your life, why you are here and what you would like to accomplish. Having a one-on-one consultation not only allows your guide to get to know you but also allows your guide to understand what, or where, specifically they need to work on.
The Energy session lasts for about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your individual needs.

In the available space please include your full name, date of birth, and best time to send the healing to your energy. Also, please include anything specific you would like to focus on clearing during your session, this is optional. We don't need to talk or communicate during the session, it is done remotely and we will schedule a time when you are comfortable and relaxed. You will receive a meditation audio that you can do during the healing session. Please allow up to 48-72 hours to schedule your session. After your healing session is complete, I will message you with a summary of what was cleared and any insights that might come up during your healing. We will also schedule a 15 minute follow up, which can be done on Zoom or email to discuss your healing and to answer any questions you have about the session. Please allow us to get back to you within 24 hours after the healing is complete but it can take up to 2 business days.
