Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy At Authentic Ascension Wellness Practice, we are committed to providing the best possible service and ensuring that every client has a positive and transformative experience. To help maintain the integrity of our scheduling process, we have implemented the following booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies: Booking Policy: • Upon booking your session, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied to your session fee, with the remaining balance due 5 days prior to your scheduled session. An invoice for the outstanding balance will be sent via email for your convenience. • All deposits and fees are non-refundable due to the nature and style of our sessions. • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your session date, time, and any additional instructions. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: • Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us via email at soulenergy@authenticascensionwellness.com at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled session. • First-Time Rescheduling: If you reschedule more than 72 hours in advance, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. • Subsequent Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule more than once, a $125 fee must be paid prior to booking the new appointment. • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment or failure to attend the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require full payment of the session fee. Waitlist Policy: • If you would like an appointment earlier than the next available date, you can request to be placed on our waitlist by emailing soulenergy@authenticascensionwellness.com. • When an appointment becomes available, we will notify you via email. You will have 4 hours to confirm and pay your deposit. If the invoice is not paid within this time frame, the reservation will be released and offered to the next person on the waitlist. Payment Policy: • All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to your appointment. You will receive an invoice via email after booking to submit your payment before the scheduled session. • Failure to clear the invoice prior to your session may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of any deposits.
